Dr. Vaishali Thackeray is a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect with a Ph.D. in Cloud Security and over 7 years of experience in the field. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and holds several Microsoft certifications, including AZ-500, SC-100, SC-900, SC-400, SC-300, SC-200, MS-500, and MS-700. She is also proficient in cloud technologies like Azure and AWS. Currently, Dr. Thackeray works as a Cloud Security Associate at cloudthat, where she is responsible for ensuring the security of cloud environments. Prior to this, she worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Vellore Institute of Technology and as a Research Assistant Professor & Assistant Placement Officer at Atria Group, Bangalore. Dr. Thackeray's research interests lie in cloud security and she has published a book entitled "Impact of Digital Transformation on Security Policies and Standards" with IGI Global, Hershey, PA, USA. She is also a Scientific Committee member in the 2nd International Conference of Futuristic Trends in Embedded Systems and Networking (ICFTEN 2021). Dr. Thackeray is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. She has been involved in encouraging students to learn cutting-edge technologies and has contributed to research in the field. She believes in motivating and supporting students to choose the right path for their career journey. Dr. Thackeray holds a Ph.D. in Cloud Security from Vellore Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Engineering by Research in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from RTM Nagpur University. Her technical skills include AWS, Azure, Senior Software Engineering, Research Scientist, and dotNET. With 2.59 years of relevant experience, Dr. Thackeray is seeking a motivating and challenging position in R&Ds of a cloud growing environment.
